Dear Valued Customers
To ensure safe handling of your boxes and to protect the health of our workers here in Germany and the Philippines, as well as to cope up with the increased transportation costs, we need to strictly imply the rule of 70 kg maximum weight of each picked up large box.
We know that most of you cannot weigh them on a normal household scale. Therefore, we will weigh them in our warehouse.
WE WILL PUT A SURCHARGE FEE OF 2,50 €, per kilo, FOR BOXES WEIGHING MORE THAN 70 KG.

Dear customers,
We would like to point out that we are now unfortunately also forced to introduce a weight limit of 70 kg.
Due to increased transport costs, the safety of their boxes and the handling that is reasonable for the couriers, the boxes are weighed in our warehouse and charged at € 2.50 per kilo in the event of overweight.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY
For shipments with NO DECLARED VALUE, LBC’s liability is limited to the freight charge.
For shipment with DECLARED VALUE, LBC’s liability is limited to the value declared in the packing list.
LBC shall not be liable for lost/damaged shipment due to; act of God or force majeure such as but not limited to natural calamities, war, rebellion, civil commotion, act of public enemies, shipper’s fault, inherent defect of goods, government actions and the like.
WARRANTY
Shipper warrants that all information given is true and correct, that shipment is not a prohibited cargo/goods; that there is no cash inside.
DELIVERY
LBC’s delivery commitment is based on the expected departure date of the vessel and not at the time of pickup. Depending on the origin, vessel may leave weekly or monthly. Shipping schedule may change without prior notice
